 May 2008

 We now have our Kitchen fully installed with our Rational Oven      fully operational!!

  Marcia Clark has joined the team to cook our venison pies & sausage rolls. The next step is to experiment into game pie (hot & cold), game terrine & pate. We have even thought of producing a pork pie with pheasant breast & apple!!

We have now been producing the above products for the past month or so with great success - contact us with your mail order and we will be pleased to forward your order to you

Anne at Holyrood on 12th Sept 07---- we took part in a local/rural food promotion organised by The Scottish Countryside Alliance ------ a great evening which was well attended by the MSP's
